Carol took a career break from 1990 to 2001. As she contemplated her return to work, she socialized the idea with business school classmates and ex-colleagues and landed a job much more quickly than she thought. She then started to co-author her first book on career breaks and relaunching that was also the beginning of kicking off iRelaunch, a platform that connects employers with relaunchers - people who are looking to come back to work after a career break.
