In episode #29of My 2.0, guest Pat Hedley, Investor, Advisor and Author (Meet 100 People), TedX speaker, former Managing Director at General Atlantic, shares her transition from a career in intrapreneurship to investing.

Pat had a steller, and exciting career at the General Atlantic where she took on multiple ‘blank paper’ opportunities i.e. she didn’t know much about the work but knew that she had the skills of collaborating with experts to get their wisdom, and synthesize it to make it her own. And it’s this simple philosophy that has brought many exciting and unexpected new career opportunities to Pat. Pat is also a strong proponent of building social capital through relationship building and credits her insatiable curiosity to form new and exciting relationships all the time.
