Debbie talks about the drawing she did as an 8 year old, that she discovered a few years ago, that seemed to have foretold her entire life and career. She shared her traumatic experiences with abuse and the importance of having open and healthy conversations about mental health. She also shares her view of courage over confidence, and about the value of lead genes and she transformed Milton Glaser’s 5 year plan into a 10 year plan that she has been using with her mid-career design students.
