Irene started her career in HR, working through the ranks to run the function at a Director level working with global operations. But she was itching to experiment being a consultant to get rid of office politics and to get flexibility in her schedule. And she realized she was quickly filling her pipeline with referrals. With the launch of LinkedIn, she gravitated towards mastering it to build and advertise one’s personal brand.
